We also purchase older homes on beautiful lots and demolish them to build a brand new home.   Breymark has also been able to purchase small numbers of lots in larger subdivisions alongside larger builders, creating an oasis of individual custom homes.

 

Budget and Design

Part of the process of designing a custom home is knowing what the bottom line is for the client, and designing a home that fits within that budget.  It is easy to take a wish list and design an unaffordable home way beyond the client’s means.  Breymark works closely with the client to figure out their needs and wants, and design a home that fits their budget and their life.  This is accomplished through all our previous experience, accurate estimating and quoting.  The better we are at this process, the more house our clients get for their dollar.

 

Design

Many people want a new home, but don’t have any idea of where to start, or how to pull their ideas all together into a pleasing design.  The most important step in designing a home for a client is listening to what they want, and helping them pull all their ideas together into a beautiful home.  We offer suggestions they may have never thought of, and bring their ideas to life.
